Pricing FAQ

Can we upgrade from Starter to Professional later?
Yes. Your data, users and settings carry over unchanged — we activate the additional modules and adjust the subscription from the next billing period.
How does cost change as our user numbers grow?
Each plan includes a trainee ceiling. If you cross it, you can either move to the next plan or add a capacity extension — we will always recommend whichever costs you less.
Is there a trial or free demo period?
We provide a guided live demo on real sample data, and for shortlisted institutions a limited pilot environment. Book a demo to start.
Do you participate in government tender / RFQ processes?
Yes. Enterprise engagements regularly go through procurement. We supply the technical specification, compliance documentation and bid support your process requires.
What happens if we cancel mid-term?
You retain access until the end of the paid period, and we hand over a complete export of your data in standard formats (CSV/SQL). Your data always belongs to your institution.
How long does a custom quote take?
For standard scopes, within 3 working days of the requirements call. Complex multi-partner programmes may take up to a week.
