Can we verify certificates issued before we adopt the system?
Yes. Historical issuance records are migrated into the registry, so older certificates become verifiable by serial ID even without a printed QR.
Does the public page expose trainee personal data?
No. The verification page shows only what you configure — typically name, course, result and issue date. Contact details and documents are never public.
Can the certificate design match our official template?
Yes. Your existing certificate layout, signatures and seals are reproduced; the QR and serial are added without disturbing the approved design.
What happens when someone scans a fake certificate?
A QR pointing to an unknown or mismatched record shows a clear "not verified" result — the fake identifies itself.
Does it work standalone without your TMS?
Yes. It runs independently with its own issuance interface, and can later connect to the Training Management System if you adopt it.
Can international employers use the verification page?
The page is public, mobile-friendly and available in English — anyone with the QR or serial can verify from anywhere in the world.
