Project Management & M&E, ready for the donor's questions

Activities, budgets, beneficiaries and indicators tracked against your log-frame — so quarterly reports assemble themselves and the mid-term review holds no surprises.

The problem

Every project team knows this cycle

Report week panic

Field Excel files arrive late and inconsistent; the M&E officer rebuilds the same tables every quarter.

Double-counted beneficiaries

The same person appears in three activity lists — and the donor's auditor finds it before you do.

Targets drift out of sight

Indicator progress is only computed at reporting time — too late to correct course.

Evidence scattered

Attendance sheets, photos and vouchers live in folders nobody can map to activities later.

Core features

From field entry to donor report

Work plan & activities

Components, activities and milestones with responsible persons and deadlines — slippage visible early.

Beneficiary registry

Unique beneficiary records with services received — duplicates flagged, disaggregation built in.

Indicator tracking

Log-frame indicators with baselines and targets; achievement updates flow from activity data.

Budget vs actual

Budget lines mapped to activities; expenditure entries roll up to burn-rate views per component.

Field reporting

Structured field reports with photo evidence attached to the exact activity and date.

One-click reports

Quarterly and annual reports in your donor's format — PDF and Excel, disaggregated as required.

Modules

Every role sees its own truth

Field officer

  • Register beneficiaries and record services from a phone
  • Submit activity reports with photos
  • See own targets and pending tasks
  • Works on weak connections; simple Bangla interface

Security & architecture

Audit-ready by construction

The same hardened architecture we run in production for a live donor-funded skills programme: Row-Level Security everywhere, all access through secured server functions, and an audit trail that answers the auditor before they ask.

  • Row-Level Security on all project data
  • Approval workflow: field data verified before it counts
  • Complete audit log of entries and edits
  • Role-scoped access, including read-only partner views
  • Evidence files stored against activities, immutable
  • Daily automated backups

Proven ground

Grown out of a live programme, not a whiteboard

NUSAIFA IT builds and operates the training portal of the ASSET-ISISC-EBT programme under Medicare Group of Education. The approval chains, evidence handling and reporting patterns in this system come from that daily production reality — your demo runs on a sample project modelled the same way.

Questions

PM / M&E — frequently asked

Can it follow our project's specific log-frame?
Yes — components, outputs, outcomes, indicators, baselines and targets are configured to your log-frame during setup, not forced into a fixed template.
How is beneficiary double-counting prevented?
Each beneficiary is a unique record (NID/phone-keyed where appropriate); services attach to that record, so reach counts deduplicate automatically and "unique vs repeat" reporting is one click.
Can field staff work from low-end phones?
Yes — the field interface is phone-first, light on data, and available in Bangla. No app installation is needed.
Can our donor get direct access?
If you choose — a read-only partner view can expose agreed dashboards and reports only. You control the scope and can revoke it at any time.
Does it match specific donor report formats?
Report templates are configured to your donor's required format(s) during setup; the data model (disaggregation, indicator coding) is built to feed them without manual reshaping.
Can it run alongside your Training Management System?
Naturally — skills-project setups often pair the TMS (training operations) with this system (project-level M&E), sharing beneficiary data without re-entry.
